武术 我刚刚练完武术..= 不知怎么能带着很好的心情练... 腿也压得松，腿也踢得还好.. 不过跳跃有点失败了..=( 最后要跳侧空翻时，第一个我能跳过了！ 不过差一点就“凹” 到手腕了..~~~ 要是弄伤的话就“哦里呷带”哈哈..明白吗??? hehe... 然后孙老师扶着我过.. 最后一个了，我能跳过了，不过有点残.. 头差一点动地，手也是，不过至少能过去了.. 好开心哦......哈哈哈哈哈哈... 不过不知道下一次还能过吗？嘻嘻.... 马运会要来了，希望我们能加油，为州队摘牌..^^ 而今天的训练是最后一堂课。老师也跟我们说，希望我们明年能练得更好...(",) 要努力!!! 谢谢老师...我会紧记你所说的话!!!! wish u all happy new year..^^ |
